Steve Si Gao is a vice president and quantitative analyst on the quantitative equity team at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, Steve was a research analyst on the US equity strategy team at Barclays, with a focus on quantitative analysis of US equities. Prior to that, he worked at Macquarie as a quantitative equity researcher. While at Macquarie, Steve conducted in-depth factor related research for asset managers. Steve earned a PhD in economics from SUNY Albany and a BA in finance from Fudan University. He is a CFA® Charterholder and is a certified FRM.
