Lance Hallam, a private equity specialist in the northeast, is a senior regional director in Voya Investment Management’s Wealth Management Channel. He partners with advisor teams and intermediaries across the RIA, private banking, and institutional consultant segments to expand access to Voya’s boutique private equity offerings, including the Pomona Investment Fund. Prior to joining Voya, Lance held senior roles in strategic distribution and practice development at leading wealth management firms, including Citizens Wealth Management, TIAA, Banc of America Capital, and UBS. Throughout his career, he has helped advisors elevate their businesses through private market integration, consultative selling, planning, and practice management. Lance earned a BS in business finance from Muhlenberg College and holds the CIMA® and CAIA® designations.
