Randal Barton is the western divisional sales manager at Voya Investment Management, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and advisor support across the region. Previously at Voya, Randal was a private equity specialist for Pomona Capital, a Voya subsidiary, and consulted on behavioral finance, bringing a distinctive perspective to help advisors better understand client psychology and complex alternative investment solutions. Prior to joining Voya, he was a Certified Public Accountant and later held roles at Transamerica Capital and Old Mutual Capital. Randal earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Brigham Young University.
